I ordered my tile 6 weeks prior to starting job. After tile was torn up we went to pick up new tile and it wasn't available. It was impossible to get someone on the phone. I went in and I have to say Fhanor was excellent. Although he couldn't provide the tile we had ordered he made every effort to get us what we needed the same day and compensated us for the mistake. If you have issues ask for him

I went there last evening- store was basically empty. The first helper I had was very poorly trained - if at all. He couldn't find his way around the store, I was ready to cry. My contractor had started my job, and I really needed to get everything last night. I will never do that again! I would not recommend this store to anyone. The checkout girl was efficient, and friendly man named Joel finally helped me to wrap up my almost $1000 in purchases. Absolutely NO WAY to run a business!

I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at any time of day. We want to give your our money - what is wrong with this business?? If you are lucky enough for someone to pick up and then you are put on indefinite hold before you can even get a word out. If not it rings until the phone cuts off. We've tried many times, no luck so we're sending our business elsewhere.

If you know what you're doing and this is the place for you when I comes to tile, granite, marble, laminate, wood flooring, etc. There's always specials and great everyday deals.

They have good prices - BUT - it comes at its own price. They seem to not know what the heck they are doing. I've waited an accumulative 3 hours in 2 days. Most of the tiles were broken. They couldn't find the tiles in their own warehouse. 350 tiles of the sku I need and they couldn't find them.
