Mixed bag.   Service on the purchase end was fine, with some employees willing to help, but others would just walk by.  Not horrible... just not exceptional.  My real complaint came when I returned some tile.  I had the receipt, the tile was in unopened boxes.  It's now 5 days and no luck on my money (a fairly large amount).  A call to the store to inquire was worthless.  They stated "some time next week".  Five days.  The larger (better) stores will have your credit before you leave the store.  My advice if you decide to go to Floor and Decor, don't ever count on returning merchandise.  I'm guessing it's going to take a call to the CO AG to get results.

I do not normally take the time to write reviews, however upon seeing that there was a very inappropriate overall rating for this business I felt I should report our fantastic experience. My husband and I were searching for something nice but affordable to upgrade a major remodeling project because of mold remediation we had been required to do in various places/rooms throughout our home. In seeking a formal look for our master bath, we found Carerra White Marble, in two different sized (18x18 and 12x12) which looks absolutely FANTASTIC and expensive. The price-tag was anything but pricey: although our general contractor was trying to lead us to places where he had accounts with, using Floor & Decor allowed us to purchase marble at a fifth of the cost of showroom tile and flooring stores. And, when whenever we needed assistance during all four visits we made over the course of our project, the help on hand was very professional, knowledgeable, and interested in our needs. We will continue to use Floor & Decor for future projects, and highly recommend them to all of our friends!

Not sure where to start with this store, but the reviews don't lie. I have been in retail for 20 years and as A District Manager can't believe the poor quality service I received.  Went there for tile that showed they had 811 in stock but no boxes on the shelf. Then was told I could come back tomorrow because they had them up on a pallet but they were to busy training people on the forklift they couldn't get it down.  Really....  I live an hour away already drove an hour there and you want me to come back tomorrow because your too busy training. Asked to speak to the store manager but he couldn't because he was on the phone. So while waiting for another manager an employee actually came to help, but apparently they didn't have any of the tile in stock. Finally the female manager comes and says oh yeah our stock is wrong because we used that tile to renovate our bathroom. Seriously!!! Then take the items out of inventory not that hard! She calls the other store an hour away to see if they have them, then asks me to buy them from her and pick up there sorry but at this point don't want to give this store any more of my business then I have to. So I go to ring up what I do need to get and then ask another manager to price match an item to Lowe's for $5 less, looks at the picture and said no that sticker on the product is different. REALLY EVERYTHING IS THE SAME EXCEPT ONE STICKER. So you already provided me with terrible service and instead of even trying to save face with a customer for $5 you say no because of a sticker. It's terrible that the $10/hour associates have better service then the managers. No surprise that this store was in the news back in November of 2016 for providing a much worse experience to a customer. Should have known with that and the reviews on Google I was likely going to receive poor service.

What takes a company from good to great is the level of service you receive from them regardless of whether you are purchasing or returning items.  Floor & Décor is a great company, besides the fact that they have unending flooring choices, because they have employees that deliver excellent customer service.  So how does an employee shine when everyone delivers excellent service?  Easy for someone like Larry.  Larry reminds me of a gorgeous diamond.  There are many facets that make Larry shine.  He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, humorous, a good singer (yes he sings when a good song comes on), authentic, very likable, can multi-task while making everyone around him feel special, has a deep sense of company loyalty (said he would come in and work even if he wasn't paid, which I actually believe), helpful, and lastly truly one of the loveliest people I have met in such a long time. So that's how you stand out in a company with top-notch employees.

Great experience! Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service. Definitely recommend and don't understand the negative reviews. Will go back for our next project!
