We used Keith and Floor Visions to lace in wood to existing floors and refinish our entire main floor. The quality of wood used is below that of the wood we already had (we didn't realized this during installation, it was brought to our attention by another flooring contractor). During installation I noticed holes and splintering wood which was pointed out and they said it would be fixed before they stained and coated. That didn't happen. Keith did come to collect the final payment and did fix a really large splintering piece af the floors were finished (but because it was done after the original coat, it doesn't totally match). For nearly 1.5 years I have been contacting him to come back out to repair the other splintering and holes, and he never has responded. I once caught him off guard and he came to look at the issues to repair, and again, I haven't heard back and that was 2 months ago. In addition, during the original refinishing and staining process, care was not taken. We have some burn marks and areas we're polyurethane dripped and dried and areas were dust or other particles were coated over. I've come to the conclusion we will be paying for someone else to come to fix the floors and refinish.
Lastly, the employees did seem very nice but we did find one of their staining clothes in our bedroom which is on the second story, where no wood floors were being finished. We didn't find anything missing that we noticed but did find it a little odd someone was in our bedroom.

Love this company's work! They did an amazing job. They were very competitive in their prices and were extremely professional. I highly recommend Floor Visions if your looking for a reliable , trustworthy knowledgeable flooring company. Excellent customer relations. Would definitely use them again.

We pulled up our carpet because there were hardwood floors underneath. Much to our dismay the hardwood had black spots and was very worn.  Floor Visions came in, removed the black spots, sanded and finished the floors. The floors look like beautiful, newly installed hardwood.  The employees were professional and pleasant.  They finished the job ahead of schedule, the prices were very competitive and they did an excellent job of cleaning everything. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Floor Visions and would not consider going any where else.

This is one amazing company, they have respect for their customers and what they want. They do they type of floors that are just so good you can't help but put on some socks and start sliding. These men are very hard working and want nothing more than to get the job done. Keith is a excellent business man, and his employees are some of the greatest.

I recently had Floor Visions install and refinish my hardwood floors in my home and I have to say, the expierence was outstanding! The were friendly, answered all my questions and were very professional and kept things clean and tidy. I LOVE MY FLOORS! I would highly recommend Floor Visions.
