The flowers and sun catcher selection was really nice. I absolutely love this small and local business. The staff’s assistance, appreciation and kindness was much more than hoped for. The family and I will surely frequent this shop for all flowers and other unique items for inside and outside the house.

Great service and extremely helpful.  The arrangement looked amazing. The flowers received a gorgeous vote from the wife and a high-five from my man cub.

I opted to go here vs a local competitor since the other place performed a bait & switch on me after paying for services. The lady who answered the phone was helpful and friendly. She answered all the questions I had regarding the flowers I was sending on behalf of my family for the loss of a long time family friend from out of state. I was in such a hurry when placing the order online after hanging up that I mistakenly chose them to be delivered a week later than intended but the lady who I spoke with remembered our conversation and the dates I had mentioned so before just ignoring what my online order said she called me back to make sure and the flowers were delivered that day. Excellent customer service! If you’re in the Hampton Roads area and need a florist for any occasion and want to be sure you get exactly what you paid for I definitely recommend here!

I ordered some flowers for a good friend and all she has done for us while traveling abroad during a tough situation. Kempsville Florist nailed it. Flowers were beautiful and delivered punctually! I ordered an arrangement for a grieving friend early this morning. It consisted of white roses, white Lillie’s, a couple succulents, and lots of greenery in a cement like urn. I was called 2 hours later to be told they had NO white flowers, no urn only glass and just spring colors. Also, “May be getting in white flowers the next day”. I wasn’t in a huge rush, so that would’ve been okay, but when I asked if it would be less because of being in a glass vase we all know those are cheap, right? I was told it would be the same price. It was essentially an at most $30 grocery store bouquet that I would’ve been charged $89 for after delivery. The woman I spoke to wasn’t necessarily rude, but definitely unapologetic. I wanted to support a local florist, but here I am across the country with little other choices. May be an okay place to swing by and purchase a pre-made arrangement. 2 stars based upon selection, kindness, and price.

I have never been so happy as to when I arrived to pick up an arrangement for a special occasion.  It was a Monday morning and the flowers were sitting out ready for my pickup because she knew I was short on time. I got a great price on this beautiful arrangement and am recommending them to everyone I know.

I normally order from Flowers at Hilltop but thought I would try a different florist closer to my parents’ since it was for my mother’s birthday, BIG mistake. I placed an online order and then shortly received a call that ONE of the flowers in the arrangement wasn’t available and would be replaced with another similar flower. The arrangement sent to my mother was completely different from what I ordered. To be honest, I could have gone to Walmart and made the arrangement myself for a lot less, it’s not about the money it’s how I was treated-Picture below. I called to advise that I was not happy with what was sent to my mother. Not only was I laughed at but to add insult to injury the owner was implying that I was lying and that her daughter called me and to advised they didn’t have the flowers or the greenery that I ordered, to be clear had I known that I would have just cancelled the order completely.  But as soon I told her that, she then threaten to either pick up the arrangement or I could just take a discount while still laughing at me Are you serious! What I want is the arrangement I ordered. POOR customer services! It had nothing to do what how much it cost. I placed an order and they sent me whatever they wanted to send. I will never order from them again or recommend them to anyone. Call Flowers of Hilltop, years of ordering from them and never had an issue.

I loved the flowers they prepared for my Mom's birthday! The owners are very knowledgeable, I just loved everything about their service!

They did a lovely Teleflora arrangement, although it cost more than at other florists for the same exact thing. Still not sure why.

I have ordered flowers several times when I'm in the dog house, they delivered the flowers very fast.
