They sent dead flowers and when I told them it was unacceptable they lied and said they didn't charge me. They took money off my ATM card. I called again to ask for refund, now they want to act like they don't speak English.  They spoke it well when they took my money and delivered dead flowers.  Worst experience.

Made an online order to deliver a flower arrangement for my mother on her birthday. She never received the flowers! I called to request my refund they said it would take up to 5days. 8days passed by I called back they didn't had processed it! OMG worst experience ever! Mom missed her flowers & I live far.
