Always busy because of the mexican market where you can find anything good to eat

Easy to find, a lot of parking, several business, you can find a great Mexican store with great food,  great Mexican food, easy access from 3rd Ave.

There are a some great eateries here along with a place to send packages and get your RX filled. Didn't get a 5 stars because the parking is horrible.
