I've called the store 3 times this morning for sales and it rings and rings and then hangs up. Can't even get someone to answer the phone.

If I could give this company negative stars I would!! I've never been so disgusted...I've been a member for about 6 years now has ever had a bad experience until now. Long story short, I've spoken to about 5 different call reps today whose English was very broke, professionalism and customer service was just horrible in regards to my premium amount. One rep gave me $341 and the other rep gave me $546 that I would have to pay for my insurance to become active again. No one was able to give me a reason on why I was given two different amounts of how much I needed to pay for one, the reference numbers they give you is a bunch of crap. Like why give out ref#s and not ref to them about the situation at hand. Here it is almost 510pm and I have yet to receive any phone from a supervisor after being placed on hold and told that the supervisors weren't available. Really?? I work at a call center and I know how it goes. I definitely will not be looking to reinstate my insurance through these bastards again!!!

Very unorganized. At first the agent signing me up seemed very professional and knowledgeable but that soon changed as she could never remember me or my needs when I called to check up on my file. She would ask me to call her back and when she didn't answer her vm was full so I couldn't leave a message. She'd tell me she'll call me back and never did. When we did speak, she seemed either senile or scattered brained. I tried for almost 2 and a half weeks to pay my premium for my new policy but billing never found my info. I later found out nothing was ever submitted for me. I had a lot of stress going on in my life and this just added to the frustration. Honestly, I'm glad I never gave her my payment info. Who knows what would have happened to it. Gotta be something better than this mess.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I switch my plan from my 2016 plan since November of 2016. Florida Blue kept over charging in 2017 because they never updated my account to say that I switch plans. I spent a WHOLE DAY going back and forth with them. In total I spoke with 7 different people. 3 of whom could barely understand english and got hung up on or transferred to a completely different company all together (without my asking to or them telling me that they were going to) 4 times! I finally was able to speak with a manager she was of ZERO help she tried to pacify the situation without doing anything to resolve the actual issue. Fast forward 2 weeks. I'm still getting letters and I even received my health insurance from the plan that I SWITCHED FROM! So I had to spend another day going back and forth with Florida Blue representatives. Again, I received an outsourced call center with a man who was overwhelmed by the magnitude of the problem, so to get rid of me, he put me on hold and transferred me to a pharmaceutical company! I call back, it takes over half an hour for me to find another representative. He tries to help but he can't figure out how do proceed either so he gave me the BS excuse that the reason that I'm being overcharge is because my tax credit was lowered. I tell him, "no that's not true because I'm on the website right now and it's showing that nothing has changed." He tells me that I have to speak with the Health Insurance Marketplace regardless. I ask him to transfer me to a manager. He tells me that the manager is busy, and that he will give me a call back. So I take the time to call the health Insurance Marketplace to confirm that no changes has been made. I speak with a represantative who tells me that my tax credit was NOT lowered. She files what is called an "escalation" to tell Florida Blue that they are overcharging me. To make doubly sure, I ask that same representative to transfer me to a manager. The manager tells me the same thing the rep told me, that there were NO CHANGES TO MY TAX CREDIT PREMIUM. Twenty minutes later, the manager from Florida Blue calls, I answer and kept saying "hello" but he hung up and never called back. So I call them back, it takes another half hour for me to talk to a representative name Jose, I ask him to transfer me to a manager. He asks me why I want to speak to a manager, I explain to him why, then HE HANGS UP ON ME! I am SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY. I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW A HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY CAN TREAT IT'S PAYING MEMBERS SO AWFUL! I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I encourage anyone who's had a similar experience to do the same.

Florida Blue provides absolutely horrible customer service whether it's over the phone, online or in person. I am absolutely dissatisfied. Worst insurance I've ever had.
