Based on the recent letter received (recommending that I increase my insurance cover as I *only* have $300,000 liability, when in fact I have over $1,300,00 cover), the lack of precision in the information and lack of correspondence details on the letter, I am not impressed - impersonal to the nth degree. (No email address, no return address, no name)
