Let me start off by saying I am from Miami. Where you literally have to take off the whole day just to go to C&F to try and talk to any one that would even listen. NEVER HAVE I EVER BEEN IN AND OUT IN UNDER 10 MINUTES! I walked in, told the receptionist what was going on, was given a number and sent to a room. Picked up the phone and an "interviewer" answered within a few minutes. In and out!

Heading there in person. I have left multiple messages with an "Ed". Left messages, phone #, and case #. I've called 3-4 times a day. No return call. Absolutely furious!!!! I sure hope it goes better in person...it better! Our system is SO messed up!!!!

Always a terrible experience.. from the time someone answers the phone to the end of the conversation. Too many their for the paycheck and not the people. Get other jobs!!!

Matthew Johnson does not like to complete the interview even though his voicemail says he will call you back within 24 hours. I have called multiples time and left multiple messages with out the decency of a call back. Now I have to resubmit my benefits because he does not know how to do is job!!!!! Laziness!!!
