Called to make an appointment to pick up my birth control. The girl who answered the phone (Melissa) was rude and rushy. Hung up on me! Without saying bye or anything, while I was about to ask question. I sure hope she got the appointment right. After I told her the time that I was able to go, is when she hung up.

Horrible. Tried to make an appoiment and I sat on the phone for 25 mins waiting for someone to answer and no one answered. I called at 3pm, during business hours. No excuse for not answering. They need more staff if someone can not answer the phone. Took my business else where.

Needed epidemiology to rule out exposure. Useless receptionist said they no offer services and referred me to Inverness HD office. The Inverness HD stated their specialist was in Lecanto and to just use ER. Er questioned why I didn't go to the health department. What a joke....This is the exact job that HD is tasked with and there staff is too incompetent to handle it.

They were pretty good for my pregnancy but I'm a month pp and in the last 3 weeks I've called like 4 times and I've left 2 voice mails and I never got a call back from either. It's completely ridiculous that they don't answer and don't call back.. I need to be seen! Next time I'm going somewhere else..

 This place is horrible  there phones never ever seem to work what's the sence in having them  I call and call sometimes I pick my selection  and it doesn't register that I hit any number then other times it goes to the next step to give me a daily tone and today I got threw  been on hold for 1 hour and 2 minutes so scared to hang up I just want to make my daughter an appointment . I have been there once for myself and in one visit I say  5 different people and was moved from room to room and waited forever. I have never had Such trouble making an appointment .
