My case isn’t complicated but The state of Texas has been sending child support payments to Florida since 02/2018. I thought my child’s father had stopped working because I wasn’t receiving monies. The child support of Florida didn’t send a letter to tell me to come to the nearest child support office to follow up either. When i went to the Florida child support office the rep overviewing my case said that they don’t know where the monies is and that they have to submit a request to PPFD (process payments) department to see where the funds are. It’s the beginning of May and it’s been approx. 90 days since the last deposit. Where’s the since of urgency? Had i not went there to follow up the monies would still be lost. The rep stated call or come by in 2 weeks smh. To add to my frustration the Allied Barton security named Jeff so he stated harrassed me and my 4 month old. First he lied and stated there were signs posted that indicated no baby changing in th lobby. There were no signs to confirm this, he told me to go into the bathroom and use the baby changing table. I was hesitant at first because i thought what if i was breastfeeding my baby would he have told me that wasn’t allowed too?!

My experience at this office has been wonderful. I'm not for sure if I'm going at the right time but it's never any wait. I went with my one-and-a-half-year-old and my three month old they both were crying at the same time while I was trying to fill out paperwork. One of the workers came over and assist me with the girls, so I could finish my paperwork. Thank you so much, just the little things ❤

I usually do not post reviews but my experience has been so terrible with this organization that I cannot stay silent. The employees do not help at all and treat you so rudely. The response is always give us 90 days before you check on your payment status again with no explanation or support. I have been waiting approximately 2,920 days for their help now and have not received it. It is a shame, depressing and unbelievable how useless this organization is and an absolute waste of resources.

They are trying. I've been to this location 7 times. Each worker has been understanding and very helpful. I won't say I haven't received rude behavior, but by the end of the conversation, that worker's attitude turned around. I've had incredible experiences and alright experiences, but never negative. These people are doing what They can. Keep in mind they're only as good as the system that leads them (which may have some flaws). It is to be expected with such extensive government work. Give respect as you will receive it back. Sometimes these people just need a smile!
