The worst customer service I have come across. Extremely rude and downright insulting. Apparently it's the customers fault when they can't access their account to turn in info THEY have requested. And their way of handling it is to be absolutely disgusting. So fed up! This is how you "help" people I guess.

Worst customer service EVER. Some woman named Shaniqua with her attitude and self righteous nonsense refused to help me or even find some who would! My family and I are  homeless and she acted as if she knew my whole situation and judged me for it. These people should be ashamed of themselves!

I have been trying for weeks to get someone on the phone, seeing that the website will not let my sign or create a new account.

I have an auto immune disease that requires weekly treatment. My medicaid was denied because support agencys systems do not recognize same sex marriage and claimed i was non compliant. After being in office to lift non compliance, agent didn't note my account so they can't prove ideas ever there and no one answers phone or returns calls at any option given. I hope no children are ever in true danger bcz no one responds at this agency
