That is what we do at Florida Home Watch Plus. Weather your a seasonal resident or just leave your home for weeks at a time, you can trust us for your peace of mind while you are away.

We conduct visits to your home either weekly or every two weeks. We visually check things from top to bottom and inside out. We are looking for the obvious issues that may start small but can become much larger in a very short time, issues most people would not identify. If we find areas of concern we photograph or video the issue and report them to the homeowner. From there we work with you to resolve the problem. Each visit includes a full report and photos if required.
