Had a great first time experience. Signed in at the register with an iPad, waited 5 minutes and was called into the exam room. I had my 5 yr old daughter with me, her and I were getting our flu vaccines, which as any parent knows is a terrifying experience for kids. Our nurse had 20 yrs of experience, calmly spoke to my daughter and reassured her it wouldn’t hurt bad. My daughter never shed a tear! Amazing!

Avoid this clinic at all costs. You could end up being the next person to fast for over 12 hours (on two occasions) only to argue with a walgreens practitioner for 10-15 minutes over paperwork technicalities (that they clearly had the ability and authority to resolve at no cost to them) before leaving without any help and half your day wasted for nothing. To top it off, walgreens will forget about your complaint and let their employees continue with their bad attitudes until the same thing happens your next visit. Continue reading for details. What caused my complaints? I had same practitioner for my 2015 & 2016 health screening appointments at the madiera beach location. Both times, after fasting for between 12-14 hours, she was 15 minutes late to start my appointment, and not because another patient was running late. Both times she had a mean attitude that made me very uncomfortable before arguing with me over paperwork technicalities. First time, I forgot a paper at home. She assured me for 10 minutes that there was nothing she could do and I would have to reschedule until I convinced her to search for the form on her own computer. Sure enough, she found the form I was missing, PRINTED IT**, and all of a sudden had a delightful attitude after realizing my exam was going to continue and there was no need to reschedule. Second time, the form I printed didn't contain the four letter code because it was red text online and I printed in black & white. Same argument ensues, where she claims there's nothing she can do and I must reschedule. I have her check my parents' files to see if we could get the code from that. Not only do we see that the code is the same on both forms, meaning it would be the exact same for me, we see that the other practitioner filled the forms out for my parents. I call my dad to tell us what happened and it turns out my parents had the same issue, no red ink or code printed on their forms. So, the practitioner that helped them PRINTED** them both new forms from the walgreens clinic printer, and filled my parents' information out herself. After all this, my practitioner continued to deny that there was anything she could do to help me and I would have to reschedule. Remember, I hadn't eaten in about 14 hours at the point where she tells me she "cannot" print me a new form although the other practitioner printed two for my parents and SHE PRINTED ME A FORM JUST LAST YEAR. Common sense would say we could just write the four letter code on the form I did bring and move on, but instead she said no, and I left shaky from frustration and hunger. After a second bad experience, I finally called customer service to complain. They gave me a reference number for my complaint and said they'd call me back in 3-5 business days. I have not received a callback and it has been a MONTH. When I called today, they looked up my reference number with ease, couldn't give any reason for why they didn't call me back, and told me again that they call me back in another 3-5 business days...
