One on the worst dr office I went to. They lost my files twice. Had no idea who I was. And as far as dr John  all he did keep writing medicines. Did not listen to me about anything. Do yourself a favor look for someone else.

I saw dr  John on a Thursday  and when i called Friday at noon  still in pain i waited until 4pm to be prescribed tramadol which has a dangerous interaction with my current meds..  I called the emergency line and after another 2 hrs was told they would  try to contact me soon..  2 more hours later all on no pain relief i went to the ER my wife and a nurse had to bring me in ob a stretcher and i was finally cared for..  2 days later the muscoskeletal institute called me asking if i was taking my tramadol!!!  As you can imagine i gave them the details of my ordeal and then the worst happenend..  They accused me of being "drug seeking"  I am  retired NYPD officer and wont usually even take aspirin.. It is shameful that they even dared to accuse a patient.. I went to the Dr recommended  by the hospital and have received much better care...  Do not use the Florida musculoskeletal institute.. 2 calls to an "EMERGENCY"  line and no replies is unforgivable.

Dear Dr. Watkins
You subscribed 200mg Celecoxib 200mg for me to take 1 capsule daily.
Since then I've noticed an unusual, rapid weight gain, by eating very little.
From 149 lb. I'm weighing now 162 lbs.
Is there any other Medication I can take for my Tendinitis?
Please advise.
