The pool opening was indeed scheduled mid-April.  As a preemptive measure, we went prior to the opening to clean debris off the cover, which took two hours.  The opening and subsequent cleaning sessions amounted to over 5 hours of labor, cleaning and storing the cover, chemicals and chlorine tabs.  All of which were billed in accordance to rates clearly expressed prior to scheduling.  Per the customers’ suggestion, a debit card was left on file and was to be charged in incremental payments so as to avoid delays in service.  After several failed attempts to collect such payments, and lack of returned communications, service was stopped and customer was notified.  Four days prior to customer’s planned party, we were notified that the payment would then go through.  A crew was scheduled to attempt clean up prior to the weekend.  However, after demanding and unrealistic expectations were imposed, combined with lack of customer participation and assistance, it was determined that both parties would be best served if the professional relationship was terminated.  It is our standard practice to provide the utmost professional service to our customers, and we feel that in the history with this customer, we did just that.

I had the worst experience with my pool company, Florida Pools.  I called to open the pool last month and told Angie I was having Samantha's graduation party May 21st.  When do we need to open the pool so its perfect for the party.  She gave me a date in April.  They opened the pool and put chemicals etc... in the pool to the tune of over $1,500.00.  I thought that excessive but I want the pool looking good for my party.  I gave her my credit card which is actually a debit card and the payment didn't go through.  She tried three days in a row and eventually it went through.  I called today because they stopped service and the pools looking green and the parties this Sunday.  Now Angie tells me I had poor communication, Never told her I was having a party and its my fault the pool won't be ready Sunday.  I was so Mad!  Now she has terminated service because she is too busy to deal with me and my pool.  I can't believe this has happened.  I was referred to Florida Pools by a respected pool company that is one of my customers.   DON'T USE FLORIDA POOL.  They will surely disappoint!

We've been using Florida Pool for years to close our pool and maintain equipment.  Their service has always been excellent
