Very disappointed. After I called to see if I could pay a little more to get closer to what was on their website, their excuse as the picture on their website shows the total number of flowers in the bouquet on the front and the actual product is only the flowers shown on the front o the photo and they take that exact flower count and spread them out around the back. I have never heard of this practice and it's almost fraudulent since no where on their website does it say this. And I ordered directly from THEIR website which is apparently powered by FTD. Don't waste your money. They will use greenery as fillers.

In the past year, have received two arrangements (sent long distance by my daughter). Both were exceptionally nice, very fresh flowers, beautifully arranged, pleasant delivery person.

Recommended by my best friend, I think I’ve stumbled onto a little treasure with this gorgeous shop. I absolutely love this florist. A beautiful florist like Bobios Flowers is long overdue here in Sarasota. Service is outstanding and the product is beyond beautiful. This shop will be the only florist I will be visiting in the future for sure.

Terrible wimpy bouquet. Paid $45!!!! Plus $10. For delivery. Ridiculous! A big let down!

My father passed away and my office tried to send flowers to me at my mother's house. Somehow, the name on the delivery got mixed up so my mom did not accept the delivery, because she did not want to take someone else's flowers - as we have already had several flower deliveries to the house that were not for us where the florist messed up. This florist then called me and said they could not deliver the flowers, and when I explained why there was a mix up in the names, they demanded that I pay them a 2nd delivery charge since thy could not get in touch with the sender (since it was done electronically?). I was not the one that ordered the flowers and it is my father that died! They lacked total compassion, kindness and were EXTREMELY RUDE to me, continuing to argue with me that it was not their fault and I had to pay another delivery fee. I understand their drivers do not work for free, but our house was less than 10 minutes from their shop and they could have shown a little kindness to us at this time and just redelivered them. Unfortunately, we will never use this florist again because of the lack of human decency and kindness of the French owners/workers (Veronica and a gentleman who we did not get the name of). ZERO compassion and customer service = zero business from us again. Update since Owner response: I thank the owner for proving my point regarding their lack of compassion. Clearly, they are more concerned about losing 35% of the revenue and the additional delivery fee for this one transaction than they are about being kind to a grieving family. The recipient (especially a grieving family) should never be made to feel bad that a sender made a mistake on the delivery, nor for the delivery method the sender chose. And the recipient should also never be asked to pay a 2nd delivery charge when the sender and/or FTD were the ones that made the error. Disney Flowers & Gifts and my Company were trying to do a nice thing for me and my family - and you clearly have turned it into a very horrible and upsetting experience for us instead. I do hope the flowers will still be delivered on Monday to my Mom, as you promised.
