Just had Ed out to run my main sewer line which had become obstructed with roots again. This has been the 3rd (4th?) time in the 14 years I've been here in Ventura. And each of those times has been a very pleasant experience. I'm a contractor myself and I understand what it's like to provide home services and work with sub-contractors. Ed is your man. You won't be disappointed. He's punctual, courteous, and professional. He's got the experience (>30 yrs.) and really knows his stuff. He's also got the premier equipment that really does the job without a hitch. I'll definitely be calling him again next time I've got a plugged drain.

HORRIBLE: The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because google review makes me. I filed a home warranty claim through Fidelity and they sent out a technician to fix slow drains and a water tank issue. This guy shows up plunges two sinks, breaks my drain then refuses to service the hot water tank because it "wasn't on the work order" which of course it was I had a copy of it! So now I have a broken drain in my tub and of course I don't hear back so I have to file another claim. This time he comes replaces the lower chamber of the water heater and tells me its all fixed but after he leaves there is no hot water pressure (before he left he showed me the shower working but it was only cold water obviously) in the entire house. The entire time he rushed the service, took jabs at me for not understanding plumbing and, overall had the worst attitude. He kept looking for excuses not to be there. Anyways, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE CROOKS I would rather take a cold shower than have these clowns back in my house.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY KIND, DOES GREAT WORK, AND ALL AT A REASONABLE COST.. AFTER ED CAME TO MY HOUSE AND DID THE DIRTY WORK OF CHANGING MY TOILET AND KEEPING MY BATHROOM CLEAN AFTER WORDS HE VERY CLEARLY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT HE HAD TO DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND HE ALSO DID GREAT WORK...I EVEN GOT $10 OFF MY BILL CAUSE I TOLD HIM I GOT HID NUMBER OFF OF GOOGLE.. FLOW RIGHT PLUMBING AND DRAINS IS NOW AND WILL ALWAYS BE MY PLUMBER.. THANK YOU TO ED AND EVERYONE ELSE AT FLOW RIGHT PLUMBING!!!

I had a pipe break outside my house right connected to the city line. RotoRooter quoted me $1,800-$3,000 do fix it, including ripping up concrete. That didn't seem right, so I called Flowright. and Ed was out at 10:00 AM the next morning... within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. He had it fixed by 2pm for $200 by just digging out a 3 cubic feet of grass and dirt. I didn't even have to pay for the time it took for the glue to dry. The grass was left intact and just fine. I can't say they'll be so cheap for every job (admittedly, Ed called me lucky it was so simple), but it goes to show they don't charge an arm and a leg if the job isn't that time consuming.
