Our old AC unit died in the midst of the extreme heat and Flow-Tech was able to help us out immediately even though we were brand new customers. Their Technicians were polite and professional. They did a GREAT job and I would highly recommend them!

I was extremely dissapointed recently with the service I received from flowtech. One of their technicians came out and told me there was nothing they could do for me then joked about about me being screwed. He didn't offer me any sort of possible solutions and then charged me a service call just to tell me they can't do anything. I am a repeat customer and I was actually calling them out to work on a water heater they installed. I completely understand that someone came out so I'm going to get charged a service call no matter what but it just was disheartening to have them come out and tell me I'm screwed, joke about it, offer no solutions, and then charge me on top of it.

Very helpful and their prices were very reasonable.  I just purchased a blower motor here, but they made me feel taken care of.  I would and have recommended them to others.

I was really worried when our air conditioner went out and we called them up. They have a maintenance program and it really helps out a lot with the overall cost.
