Very disappointed in customer service on the phone.  Called the shop directly to order flowers for my dad.  Woman was less than helpful to offer suggestions for flowers and did not have the item on the website in-stock.  She may have been having a bad day... it sure came through with her phone service.

Ordered 2 deliveries online and found out that my mother in law was leaving town early. We called the florist told them our dilema, and was told they would contact the driver and make sure the flowers arrived before her departure. All went as planned...both deliveries went off without a hitch. Both ladies were pleased as punch with their flowers. They sent us pictures and they were beautiful and we could tell that the florist put a lot of detail into the arrangements. Would highly recommend. Thanks again.

Frankly I was a bit disappointed. I ordered flowers for my wife for her birthday and what was delivered didn't look half as good as what was displayed on their website. Plus the arrangement looked a lot bigger on the site. What my wife got seemed like a minaturized version of what I thought I was buying.
