Not very willing to be helpful.  Didn't place order.  Looking elsewhere for help

She was not willing to help at all. I've been there to different times and had the same terrible experience both times. When I picked out what I wanted she took my credit card to the back, charged it, then returned with a receipt showing a $10 difference in the price, after my card was charged! She said it was because of the credit card machine fee. What? So I will never go back and I encourage everyone to go somewhere else when purchasing flowers in the Heber valley.

Based on these reviews I was expecting fire and venom from the other side of the line. Didn't happen. Although they didn't have what I was looking for (White Roses)...they were very polite, and I appreciated that a lot! :) I'll try them again next time.

I can see why other people have rated this store poorly.  My husband picked up a casket saddle and 2 blocks of floral foam on his way up to a funeral in Wyoming.  The small casket saddle wholesales for $2.85 (Provo) My husband was charged $35.00!!   The owner(?) was not real polite when I questioned her about the price.  Perhaps she was defensive.  I understand that she could charge what she wanted but when I told her I didn't use the items purchased and would like to return them she said she does not accept returns.  It irritates me when a place would charge outrageous prices to the public who perhaps does not know the "real" value of an item.

Very Polite and Helpful.  I ordered flowers for a friends birthday and they made a special arrangement.  Thank you.
