I ordered my Mother birthday flowers last year at this time and had a delivery date on her birthday and it was delivered a week early. This year I ordered her flowers again and to be delivered on a certain date well that date has come and gone and NO flowers were delivered. My CC was charged and of course I am unable to get a hold of anyone at the Flowerbox. I will NEVER use them again. I will fight this with my CC to get my money back-I also called FDT to complain. Not sure how this place stays in business with complaints and bad reviews.

As a funeral home, we are on the receiving end of many, many floral arrangements throughout the year. The Flower Box has been top notch and the arrangements have been full and beautiful; the families we work with have all been pleased when they see the beautiful work Paula and her team have done.

I won't be ordering from them anymore. They don't seem to care that you don't get what you order.
