They are in Wethersfield and they were delivering to a business in RockyHill for my wedding anniversary. My 1st anniversary mind you. I ordered thru FTD same day delivery.  They never called or delivered the flowers to my wife who was at work all day till 5pm. They had her phone number.. and when FTD customer service called them I was told they couldn't find it and gave up. Claims the address brought him to Dunkin Donuts and a hotel the day before.. not even the same street. Horribly disappointed and dissatisfied. Thanks for ruining my 1st anniversary Flower Box.. you are a real 1st class company.

Terrible, rude, lied about delivering flowers when they hadn't even attempted.

Was this the best arrangement you ever made??  When I spoke with you about the death of our friend who is Japanese, you said you would try to do something special. At the wake was the most beautiful arrangement with tropical flowers and bamboo. Guests looked at it as if it were a museum showpiece. Some asked around to find out where it came from.
