BEWARE of BAIT & SWITCH POLICY BEWARE: Of Their BEWARE of BAIT & SWITCH ... I ordered a beautiful antiqued basket with beautiful purple flowers and a delightful plaid ribbon for an important Business Partner. What was delivered was Cheap Basket - Ribbon and Girly Pink Flowers... They must make a strong profit margin by switching. Stating that they can 'Substitute' does not make it Ethical!! Photo on Left is what we selected - Photo on right is what was received.

This place is a joke. My co workers husband pre ordered a roses and chocolates for her birthday, and only the roses made it to the office. when she called to see where the chocolates where they told her to wait until the next day because they’re very busy. So then they sent a random customer who doesn’t work for the company to deliver the chocolates he then offended my coworker by saying some remarkable words. With a hint of scarcasm. What scum! Then when she called to ask why the company did that the lady basically told her to kick rocks. What unprofessional unmannered scums. What a cherry on top for someone’s birthday. I’d give them -5 stars if I could. This company is soon to be out of business because of their horrible service! Disgusting....

I was SO DISGUSTED!!! with this place, I was compelled to write this review. I wanted to do something nice for my husband on his birthday, I thought sending him a masculine arrangement for his desk would be a nice and thoughtful touch. He’s in the construction business so I DID NOT want to send him ANYTHING fufu or girly. I picked out an old blue ford truck as the vase with succulent plants, instead of FLOWERS!!!! He got a red car with a puke load of FLOWERS!!! What I ordered and what he received were two completely different things. I immediately called to explain that he had received something completely different. I spoke to the lady in charge. She told me that the truck was out of stock, so they assumed that any vehicle vase would work!? I then asked her about the flowers? I specifically ordered the succulent plants! She explained to me that, that was their error!!!! INSTEAD OF giving me other options she said “What would you like me to do?” Really!!! I reminded her that they had all my information, why wouldn’t you call a customer and notify them that their request could NOT be met?!?! At least at that point I would’ve had the option to cancel the order!!!! BUT INSTEAD!!! They took it upon themselves to deliver what THEY wanted to send!?! I of course asked for a refund because I paid $75. for something that I didn’t order nor did I want. So now they went BACK to my husband’s work to take back their mistake!!! HOW TACKY AND EmbarrASSing to run a business in that matter!!! I will NEVER use them again nor would I EVER recommend them to anybody!!! They should be ashamed of themselves to NOT even give an apology!!👎🏽

Thank you Angela! Flower Bucket did an excellent job taking my order and ensuring me they would design a beautiful birthday 💐 bouquet to suit and deliver the arrangement within just an hour! Great experience!

Horrible service ever never again, my husband Arranged to send me flowers And chocolates for my birthday because he was leaving at the town Received the flowers but not the chocolate call the flower shop forgot the chocolate a Second time And then sent a regular customer to Deliver them very unprofessional Call the shop and the manager was very rude and hung up on me, If I were able to give them no stars I would 😡
