The owner was very nice while taking my $95 for a dozen roses. A valentine's gift for my wife, they arrived delivered with one broken off and 3 days later they are all dead. Not a good deal at all. Too bad and I really liked the staff too.

They lady on the phone was very rude. The price on line was 39.00 and she was charging  45.00. I asked if I could order it on line since it's cheaper and she said yes, but she would rejecte It. Rude!!  That's false advertising.

I ordered an easel display for a good friend's funeral and I did it through the online web page.  I bought the Deluxe version and it was absolutely perfect.  I called the shop on the morning it was to be delivered and spoke to the owner.  She was very helpful and friendly.  I can't see how the person complaining of the "poor business practices" claimed they ordered through the FTD catalog could be charged an additional $20 if they actually ordered the correct thing. I know that I wouldn't pay extra for something unless I screwed up in placing the order (or maybe didn't read the part about delivery etc).  It leaves me wondering if the person who wrote the negative review was for real.  It's easy to ruin someone's reputation in an anonymous review like this and I felt like I should put in my two cents.  My experience was very positive and I would definitely do business with them again, but Kaufman, Texas isn't a place I am likely to be any time soon.
