First thing I did when I woke up the morning after my wedding was write a text message to the florist. I can't describe the overwhelming excitement and joy I had when I saw my bouquet!! I absolutely loved it soooo much, no one could have made me flowers that I would've loved more. The flowers were AMAZING and so beautiful!! I still get comments a week after the wedding from guests who see pictures and say "Wow, your flowers are beautiful!" I literally wanted to take my bouquet to bed with me, just didn't want to leave it. She was able to add peonies into my bouquet which is exactly what I wanted, they were so full and impressive. My husband even said "the best thing about the wedding --- the flowers!" What? A guy said that? Even he noticed! Thank you for everything, for all your hard work, for decorating my wedding to look so beautiful at the ceremony and at the reception. Everything looked so much more put together because you were a part of my wedding and I can't thank you enough!

This lady has a terrible attitude and was trying to charge me $20 for one orchid stem. I said no and that I only needed one for some corsages so she said she'd take a couple flowers off the stem for $3 each. Since I've been looking all day for orchids with no luck I said yes. She then rang me up and I pulled out my card. She asked if I had cash, I said no, sorry. She said OK then sat there for a second and said that it's a $7 fee to use my card. Which was clearly a lie. I left and she probably didn't sell those orchids. Also, her arrangements a mediocre and probably overpriced

Lady went above and beyond to create a beautiful and inexpensive bouquet. Now that is customer service.
