Ordered through Teleflora online.  Credit card charged.  Flowers NEVER delivered.  Spent a month trying to work it out.  Never got any flowers, just a credit for the flowers.  Highly disappointing.  Teleflora you should be ashamed doing business with this location.

I don't even want to give one star to this business!!!! WARNING!!!!! Don't do business with them!!! I placed an order online using PayPal as directed by their phone message. I upgraded my order for a large bouquet of Truckee Summer Flower for my sister's birthday. I requested a call before delivery. I called them three times over two days. They never returned my call or delivered the flowers. I am putting in a complaint with PayPal. This business is a fraud!!!

This is a very unreliable business.  They do not answer their phone, they do not return phone calls, but most importantly they fail to provide service! They were supposed to deliver an FTD prepaid order for wedding flowers, placed through a florist from out of state, with specific instructions to call two days prior to scheduled delivery.  That call never came. On the day of expected delivery, when we had received no call, we did a follow up by calling the store during business hours (no answer), leaving a message (never returned) and going to the store (lights out, door locked, no indication of return time). Eventually, through FTD found out that Flower Power cannot fulfill the order!  Two days before the wedding? Complete lack of customer service.  Avoid this place.

Don't believe the pictures on their website, they are nothing like what is delivered. I ordered a beautiful bouquet from the picture online and the one that was delivered to my Mother was nothing like the picture. It had only 2 roses, the picture had at least a dozen, and it was mixed with mostly greenery, baby breath and cheap daisies. What a gimmick. Don't fall for it. Not only that, but they delivered flowers that were already wilting and died the next day. When I called and complained it took them a week to redeliver a new one and it was just as bad.  I wish I could post the picture comparison, you wouldn't believe it!!

I wanted to order flowers for my girlfriend but i didnt know what to get luckily for me the employees helped me out to find the perfect gift for my girlfriend and they even delivered the gift same day for my girlfriend. this is the go to place for my girlfriend and any other flower or gift needs in the future!
