Always call the florist directly and talk to a designer.  You will get a fabulous arrangement. Get the best of the best in fresh flowers that just came in that day, much better then ordering online.

The rose arrangement I ordered was just as pictured,  maybe a little nicer :)  beautiful! Delivered on time. I will use Flower World again, very happy.

One star is generous. Arrangement  looked cheap but cost almost $80 and customer service was awful. Manager was not willing to listen, understand, or be even remotely accommodating. Never again

Plant was beautiful!  Also, the person who made the delivery was so nice.  Great experience.

Flowers were delivered but I nor the recipient were given notice. Flowers were left outside. 
I called after 11am on the delivery date to ask if the arrangement had been delivered & I was treated very condescendingly by Susan. She spoke to me as though I was in the wrong for calling to follow-up on my order. 
When in reality, I should have been notified of any sort of confirmation. 
Poorly conducted & terrible "customer service."
