Super friendly and very helpful, but when you pay for roses you don't expect them to be fully bloomed when they are delivered

My mom spent $80 on my wedding bouquet and it was horrible. When my bridesmaides picked it up they were given a bucket filled with water. The bucket completely soaked the cheap ribbon that it was wrapped in. The ribbon they wrapped it in was this green (was suppose to be mint) CHEAP see through ribbon. The stems of the flowers went down to my thighs. I was literally in tears when I saw my bouquet. My bridesmaids had to cut the stems, take off thier ribbon, and put new ribbon just to make it look good. If I'm spending $80 on something I shouldn't have to FIX it.  I went off a recommendation and tried out Flowerama but regret it. Hopefully no one else has to go through what I went to the morning of my wedding once they pick up thier expensive flowers for thier event from this place.

I ordered  flowers to be sent to my wife at her job (a local high school)for Valentines day. She never received the flowers and really hurt her feelings until she got home and I told her that I did send her something. I called Flowerama the next day and they told me that the flowers were delivered after school had let out. They said "sorry about that" and told me nothing could be done. Terrible customer service. I own a business and would never treat a customer this way.
