Placed order online to find out the website didn't work.. called in order the flowers were never delivered and the guy answerin phone stopped picking up

Horrible, just horrible. Whatever you do, do NOT use this company. We placed an order with them at 8:30 am. then at 3:30pm the flowers still had not arrived. We called the company they said, " oh sorry we ran out of supplies at 1:30pm we will not be delivering your flowers". You do not have the decency to call and tell us that so we can make other arrangements? The owner did not even slightly appear bothered or worried about it. He said we had alot of orders today!  $100 order and I can't even get a phone call to tell me they aren't delivering them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else, somewhere that cares about their customers please!

Ordered flowers for my mom in the nursing home and the flowers were fresh flowers not old and withered like other shops I ordered from in the past
