Ordered some flowers then found out the recipient was out of town. Called her store to cancel the order not long after I ordered them and she was mean, rude, and just plain insulting. She hung up on me after telling me she wouldn't refund for three days. Now on day 20 and had to file a claim with the bank. She is not a pleasant person to work with even though I was as kind to her as I could be and apologized several times.
