Ordered a very expensive set of flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The flowers were never delivered. I called 20-30 that day for an ETA or update on delivery. Nobody ever picked up the phone so it has been impossible to even get a refund. Disgraceful business.

Sent a precious fall arrangement to someone at the hospital, and the person loved the flowers.  They were delivered on time and were fresh.  My husband also owns a business in town and he uses her exclusively for funerals, new babies, mothers day, anniversary, etc..  He has always been happy with her arrangements and will continue using this shop several times per month.  He and I would both highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to brighten someones day.

My son sent flowers for Mother's Day (May 2013).  The flowers delivered were atrocious.  I called, spoke with the owner, and was told that because it was an internet order, the flowers had to appear specifically like the photo on the web.  The vase was especially horrible, and I asked about it.  Again, the owner stated it must look exactly like the photo.  I asked what the name of the arrangement was and researched it on the web only to discover that the flowers sent were NOTHING like the picture.  I felt duped.  Thus, I called Mariam's again and relayed this information.  They came and immediately retrieved the flowers but never replaced them.  This is the worst service I have ever received, and the quality of the product was exceedingly poor.  It appears to me that the company is more focused on making money rather than providing nice floral arrangements and good customer service.  I understand business, but this is ridiculous.  I will never use this florist or recommend it to anyone else.
