I used Flowers By Michelle as my florist for my wedding this past June. During our initial consult, Michelle took the time to really listen to what I wanted, made a lot of great suggestions that were consistent with my overall theme, and worked with me to create my wedding vision while staying completely within my budget. I felt very confident that I made the right decision to hire her as our florist. This was confirmed on the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, the bouquets arrived and were beautiful-- exactly what I had envisioned! Everything was there that was supposed to be there. The centerpieces were consistent with the picture I had showed her. Michelle was great to work with, was very understanding and patient, and helped to create my dream wedding vision! I would highly recommend her!

Michelle did such an amazing job for my wedding flowers. I showed her a couple pictures of what I liked and she ran with it. She made such great suggestions that I felt comfortable trusting her to deliver my vision. She did just that. I was so happy when they got delivered. Thank you so much Michelle for contributing to our perfect wedding day!

The flowers that showed up were excellent. The final order was wrong. Boutonnieres for important people were missing and the flowers were not marked for the correct people. The bride had to sort them out. This shop needs to improve customer communication, invoicing, and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly capable flower shop. But they need to come up with a better communication system that works without Michelle if she is not going to be available. Maybe it works if she stays in the process, but communications broke down somewhere and we can't give a great review. Michelle did not return calls. Michelle asked for a deposit and took the entire billing amount from our credit card. Full payment up front would not have been a problem but, once she had our money, she never made herself available to us again. These customers would recommend providing cash deposit and getting a clear inventory list. Since she would not return calls, we went to the shop again and were told she was on her way. After one of her employees texted her, the story changed and she did not come in.

They were amazing! I called in at the last minute and needed a bouquet of flowers made for my fiancé and they had it done and ready for me in less then 40 minutes. I would never go anywhere else. Thanks again!

This Flower Shop was SPECTACULAR! They did the best job and she's been in business for a long time and she knows what she doing! Wow! Thank You so much for the amazing flowers😊💐
