I called Flower's by Nancy to get a special birthday arrangement for a friend in the hospital.  She could not have live flowers or plants in her room and I was finding it incredibly difficult to locate a florist willing to do a silk arrangement and deliver it!  Nancy created a silk arrangement so beautiful and lifelike, the hospital staff thought it was real.  Because I live 300 miles away, Nancy offered to send me a text with a photo attached; which she did the day of delivery.  Incomparable customer service, beautiful work and I was treated with kindness and understanding.  I highly recommend Flowers by Nancy!

I highly recommend this shop! I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my wife's work last minute. She received them in a very fast manner, and the bouquet looked phenomenal.  Very smooth easy process, very pleased with the work and skill! .I will defenitly be going back to her

Nancy is so wonderful and so easy to work with! She is also extremely personable which makes ordering for the one you love exciting and enjoyable. She completely went above and beyond my expectations and kept me informed about the delivery - I also love that she was able to send me a photo of the arrangement before it was delivered - and it was beautiful!! Thank you so much Nancy for making this moment so incredibly special! Highly recommend!

I called Flowers by Nancy  today with an "emergency" request to have a bouquet of flowers delivered to my mother at Waterford Senior Living, after the ones I ordered online arrived DEAD! The wonderful lady I talked to put together a beautiful bouquet and delivered them to my mother today. She even called me (in Omaha) to tell me that she had done so. I was really touched!
