Flowers By Paulann made these wonderful centerpieces for a friends quinceanera, they were fresh and on time with delivery! Totally recommended.

I have to say that I'm very disappointed with this service! Not only did I NOT get my flowers on Valentine's Day but when my husband went in to check on why I didn't received the arrangement he had ordered, the response was " the paperwork was at the bottom and we didn't see it" WOW... Really? On Valentine's Day? 
He was offered two balloons and to have the arrangement delivered the next day.
My husband asked for his money back, which he did get.
It's the fact that there was no deep sincere apology on such a special day and offer something better than two balloons for their mistake!

I ordered a plant for delivery to someone in the local area.  It was absolutely lovely.  They recipient was so pleased.  They sent pictures here to our office so everyone could see how lovely it was.  The staff was so cordial and so helpful.  The whole experience was great.  I would definitely use them again!
