For the money I spend they could not spell our names right flowers did not make it through the night

I called in advance, Feb 11th, for flowers to be delivered to my sister on Feb 14th. The delivery was great,  but there was no card! I wrote a nice little note and age didn't even get it. Nor did she know who sent them! My sister called me to ask if I sent them. I was so pissed! Completely ruined the surprise. Very disappointing.
