Jennifer and Yukie are some of the mosyt professional individuals I have dealt with. They will do what ever it takes to make a customer happy. Living in New York and needing there services in Delaware weekly, I know I have a fantastic asset to depend on. Mind you they are also some of the msot beautiful arrangements as well.You truly get what you pay for!!

After reading a review on this website which noted that Flowers by Yukie "have a fabulous selection of really unique flowers and do a great job of arranging them," I felt assured that this was the right place to call from here in New York with a special request. I spoke to Molly, explaining to her that I was looking for a special gift of gardenias for a friend in Wilmington.  Molly was wonderfully helpful in offering advice and guidance, suggesting a gardenia plant with buds, complemented by some gardenia flowers in bloom; she also explained that this special request might take some time to fulfill. Well, the delivery arrived that very same morning at the monastery door of my friend, Sr. Mary Immaculate. She's nearly 90 years old, and knows her beloved gardenias very well! Sr. Mary called me soon afterward, thrilled by the gift, and raving about the quality of the gardenia plant, buds, and flowers (so much so that she called the florist herself!). That's why I'm writing here now -- to gratefully share my 5-star rating, in light of the excellent quality and service of Molly and friends at Flowers by Yukie.  - Joseph, NY
