They have FREE delivery to Winter Haven. Best flower shop in Winter Haven FL. Michelle is by far the most amazing person I have ever came to know! These florists at flowers from the heart go above and beyond! The name of their company is perfect because they put their heart and soul into each arrangement that goes thru their doors! I highly recommend this florist if you are sending flowers anywhere near winter haven Florida!

Will never use this flower shop again. My boyfriend (who is on deployment) ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered to me ON Valentine's Day and there was supposed to be a note that he wrote to me. The flowers that were ordered are called 'Love You More Than Ever" which is a bouquet filled with roses and white flowers. Valentine's Day passed and still nothing had come in the mail so we called to find out what was going on. The lady on the phone said flowers will be coming, there will be an apology, and my boyfriend will be refunded. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all that but I received flowers one week after Valentine's Day and they are not what was ordered. There is a picture below to show was came. Three roses, some purple flowers but no note from my boyfriend. Nothing about this order was right and I do not recommend this company at all.

Beautiful flowers made by beautiful people. I can not say enough great things about this florist. Now I know where they get their name. Great prices with beautiful flowers. This florist in Winter Haven FL know their stuff!

This was very disappointing.  We ordered an arrangement over a week in advance and it arrived looking nothing like what we ordered. I called and they were more than happy to fix the arrangement for me and they delivered an arrangement the next day with more greenery and less flowers. Will not use this place again.
