I ordered these online for my Aunt for Mother's Day because I was helping local businesses. They were suppose to be delivered the Friday before Mother's Day and when I asked my Aunt if they were delivered she said no. I called the next day to make sure that the flowers I paid for were actually going to be delivered. The lady I talked to barely spoke english and told me that the reason they didn't go out was because they basically forgot. It was like I reminded them about the order that I paid for two weeks before to get sent out. I am not really amused that I was doing something to help local businesses but at the same time I had to call and remind them to deliver my order a day late.

My niece loved the flowers. She didn't mention the stuffed animal so I can only assume it was delivered as promised.   I gave it 4 stars because I did not get a confirmation that they were delivered at the time.

INCOMPETENT!   Cannot register an order correctly and when they get flumuxed simply hang the phone down....

Great local flower shop , Junko the owner and Flowers & Gifts, always goes an extra mile to deliver amazing fresh gorgeous arrangements. This is my 3rd time ordering from Flowers & Gifts and I love their service. ! Great bargain prices compared to all other flower shops in the neighborhood , but they deliver all day until 7 pm so this is also a big plus for calling in and ordering those last minute flowers to be delivered same day :) 
P.S. Junko  has a slight accent , but she is so lovely and so kind so please when you  call her to place order over the phone , please be VERY patient because  you need to speak clearly and slowly when placing an order.  
Overall love love love this florist !!!!!!!!  5+++++++
