Completely forgot Mother's Day flowers....I scheduled a delivery for two days prior due to being​ unavailable on the weekend.  The flowers didn't show up.  I emailed and left a voicemail.  I received​ a message the next morning saying,  "Good thing you ordered them on time and thanks for letting us know".  She stated that the flowers would be delivered later that afternoon, with no discount or consideration given whatsoever.  This is completely unacceptable and extremely poor customer service.

Their arrangements are beautiful & pricey, and unfortunately there aren't a lot of choices for delivery in my area.  And they act like they are quite aware of this fact.
