Don't do it, dirty walls with holes, carpet dirty stinky. Roaches crawling, bathtub look like the outside ground. I wouldn't  rent this to nobody. Shame on yall! Take time to clean and restore your property before trying to rent to people. Attitude to cause I didn't like it. There are people who have standards just because you're renting don't mean you accept anything. Shame, shame, shame.
