I wanted to support a local business so I ordered flowers for a funeral and they were embarrassing.  $200+ for water starved drooping mums, 6 roses and the rest was mostly old curling greenery and cheap browning/yellowed alstroemeria.  I believed her facebook friends who raved about her work, but what was delivered was lower quality than a supermarket.  I'm going back to Nortons.   Will not order from this florist again.

Flowerz N More always does a great job wiring flowers to my mother-in-law in St. Pete Beach, FL.  I love their gift shop inside the flower store too!

I ordered a Valentine's arrangement for my husband.  The first in all of our 19 years together.  Flowerz N More DID NOT delivery the arrangement the day I asked that it be delivered and DID NOT notify me until the following day and then they only did that via email.  I had to call FTD and track it down myself.  Once that was done, FTD set it up for Flowerz N More to deliver to my home and Flowerz N More DID NOT do that either.  They turned around and delivered it to his job (a day late) even though I had called and said he wasn't there that day.  SO, I had to go pick it up MYSELF.  I paid an $18.99 delivery fee and they had two chances to deliver it and couldn't get either one right.  Then, when I saw the arrangement, I was horrified.  I paid, in total, $75 for what looked like a $20 arrangement.  There were broken flowers, big gaps between flowers (the one I ordered was to be FULL & LUSH) and broken stems.  The bow around the vase looked like my 13 year old son tried to put it on there.  (Like tying a shoe).  It was awful.  I can tell you this ... I will NEVER walk into this florist to order flowers.  I will give credit to FTD though.  They did everything they could to make it right.  All I can say is this ... if you need a bouquet, don't go to Flowerz N More.  You will get a better looking arrangement for a lower price if you just go pick one up at Publix.
