I bought the premium wash and it only put soap on my car. It didn't wash, rinse, or dry it. I've called five times no answer. I've left numerous messages with no response. Worst car wash ever! Terrible service! I'd give zero stars if I could. They never offered a free wash that response is bull

The pet washes water comes out scalding hot ! Warm or even mildly warm would suffice, also the sprayer nozzle is as piercing as a car washes nozzle. Doesnt need to be the penetrating for an animal .

Very easy to use because of self service and convenient location. I've been here numerous times to use the washing machines and they've always worked well. The car wash cleans cars well, 10/10

Owner is a crook. He never has anyone on site and he refuse to refund money for his faulty machines. Building is full of cockroaches. Paint and sheet rock on walls are damaged. Washing machines take money all the time...  Car wash is falling apart and damaged my car...  Currently working with lawyer to find out who the insurance company is to report the damage... Vacuums don't work and have never been cleaned... This place needs shut down....

Didn't even clean the soap off the car paid $10 and it looked like crap had to spend more money rinsing it off!! And no information on who owns it anywhere.
