This place has such a great, positive atmosphere. Everyone was smiling and very welcoming. The Stylist I had, Leah, is one of the very few that has been able to pull off the style I like. I highly recommend her. I am most definitely coming back to this barbershop. You most definitely get your money's worth!!

I walked in and they quoted me a time of 45 mins as a walk in. Which I could completely understand. Then after 30 mins they said there was only 3 people ahead of me. I thought awesome.  10 people later and another 40 minutes I realize it must be because I am black. So the woman comes over and says there are only 2 people who can do ETHNIC hair but the woman will be ready in 5 minutes.  5 minutes came and left and the other guy who could go my hair got another client. So disappointed in their professionalism.  They could have let me know their limitations before wasting my time.

Friendly, hip and horrible beard grooming. A beard trim doesn't mean chopping off 4 months worth of growth. And still not get it even. I'll never return. 
What part of "I'm growing it longer, I just want it evened up" translates to cutting it to half it's length? 
Great Clips with loud music & lots of tattoos. 
I'm so pissed!

Sam is the hairstylist to go to, she is friendly and gives the best haircut. The staff at the front desk is also very friendly and helpful.

weeks ago was put on hold for so long I presumed they forgot about me.  Today, they at least had the decency of asking me to hold, and immediately hung up on me.  Both incidents in the middle of a weekday.  Staff is inept or overwhelmed, even during non-peak times.  On the bright side I went to Supercuts,  and saved some time and money.  Way too much hassle to get a HC @ Floyd's.
