I called in to get a quick haircut for an event I was attending later in the day. The lady over the phone told me the shop was not busy and she could take care of me quickly. I live 2 minutes from this floyd's. I get there and their are almost 10 people sitting in chairs waiting to be taken care of and the lady at the desk tells me I'm looking at a 45 min wait. Someone else walks in and was also mad cause the same lady had told them the shop was not busy. I took my business elsewhere. Don't lie to customers just to get them in the door.

This is the best place to get a cut in Dallas in my opinion, and Gladis H. is the best stylist.  Havent used anyone since.  Employees are friendly and front employees are organized/good.  You will wait unless you make an appt with a specific stylist as it is a popular barber.

Horrible experience, won't come back...wait longer than what the person at the desk stated...not enough people working to meet demand...after being called...she stated that she didn't have enough time to cutmy husbands hair and asked him to set back down...worst service to date.

I took my son to get a haircut and absolutely loved the results!! I love the atmosphere and will definitely be going back. Courtney Turner did an amazing job! She made me feel welcome and like I've known her for years. She was able to patiently handle my son as he moves a lot. This girl deserves a raise for her excellent customer service!!!
