The employees are always great but even the manager Robert is a great guy we needed a snake real bad it was closing time and he still waited and rented us the snake. Im sure things would have got worse if we didn't get it that nite. thank you for great customer service

I was trying to figure what size belt i needed,in the lumber section- not for my clothing, and i had in my purse one i brought that was smaller than needed. I was about to leave empty handed when a sales associate approached to offer help. I accepted,luckily,and within 2 belts he found what i needed. ! I didn't know that all of what i was seeing,was twisted inside their paper wrappers! No wonder i couldn't find the correct size!😊

These guys are always great to their customers. Sometimes response times to areas like keys or rentals can get a bit slow, but that's trivial stuff. Ron, Stan, and both Joes know where everything is in that store. If they have it, they know without even having to look. If you have no idea what you're even looking for, they'll help you piece things together and get what you need. Solid store, solid crew.

I am a local customer at the Floyd's in Shafter, CA. I was doing some repairs in my sister's kitchen. I needed a single piece of wood that I had previously seen at this store. I visited this store 15 minutes before they closed at 6 p.m.; I made it inside only to find that the wood section area was closed. I asked one male employee if he could just get that .25" x 3" x 2" filler piece of wood but he said that "they" had already closed that section. The posted hours of operation are from morning to 6 p.m., I did not understand why Floyd's is not letting customers know that these hours do not apply to the wood selling area...please advice...disappointed customer.
