We love this place. Beth and staff are so kind. MY dog Maggie drags me into the building! She loves it,  always happy with the results!

I run LnF Dog Rescue which is a foster based dog rescue & I've been taking ALL my dogs to Beth when they arrive from KY. Most of these dogs have lived outside chained up their entire lives so they are often filthy & usually need a least two baths the first time & they go back in a few weeks.  When I come back to pick them up they are all pretty, smell great & NOT stressed out.  
Beth is always super friendly to me & all the dogs. She's very kind & gentle with the dogs --who again have seldom even had a bath in their lives.  
You can always tell if you have a good groomer if when you bring the dogs back they just walk in with no fear.

Took my dog here once as her usual groomer was on vacation. got her home and she still had shampoo in her fur. not a bad place, but def not going back.

I think this place is as good as the other very good pet grooming service in North Wilmington, and I agree that the shorter wait time for an appointment is why I keep coming back.
