May 3rd 2018 I went to this truck stop to meet and pick up my brother in law which he works for Prime. He was being dropped off by hes partner. Well I got there and filled up my gas tank, went and parked by the Dennis Restaurant so that we could have dinner after he got there. Couple of minutes pass and the security guy Mr. Flores approaches my passenger window and asks “ what I am doing there” I said that I was waiting for an individual and then having dinner after he got there, he’s response was that I had five minutes to leave or he was going to put a boot on my vehicle. I asked him nicely to just leave me alone and leave that i wasn’t bothering or doing anything wrong, he’s come back was that i was loitering and trespassing. After a few minutes and went around the property looking for the Prime truck to meet my brother in law, the security vehicle then started following me around like it I was a threat. Finally i spot the truck and go meet my brother in law. Couple of minutes pass and Mr Flores and some other guy approach the Semi from where we are unloading personal stuff in to the back of my suv. They start harassing us again saying that we were trespassing and that I was following the security guy and stalking him! I couldn’t believe what he had just said. These guys had no clue of what was going on or maybe their training is very poor. I wonder if this is the instructions they have from the truck stop or this is just the way the security guys behave. If this is the way business want people to be treated, I am done spending money there!! I will also write a letter to Prime so that they don’t use this place for their employees since people aren’t being treated fair. I can’t believe that you can’t be there for more than 15 mins. What is a truck stop for?

Fast registers. Hardly a moments stand in the line. The attendants where helpful when it came to where an how to access the showers. First thing I noticed was no smell, nothing was wet an gross, floors where actually clean. No water marks on ceilings an walls. Sink an toilet appeared very clean. The towels an linens actually were soft an not totally obviously overused. It was a refreshing surprise.

We arrived at this location and parked by several other trucks and RVs after filing up on their cheap gas. We were approached not even 5 mins after we settled into a security telling us to leave because they no longer allow people to take a break in their parking lot. We were the only ones approached when several others were clearly resting in their vehicles. We will not be back and it's on the black list for when my husband is trucking through with his 18 wheeler. The bathrooms were also unsanitary and gross.

Clean bathrooms and showers. Fast friendly service. Over a 100 truck parking spots. Usually pretty busy. One of the best flying j in my experience.

P F/J customers first policy non existant here. Employees will continue their conversation when customers walk up to counter. They should install self pay stations and I'm glad they have beans to cup because the employees don't brew coffee right.
