The cashier Deondre I believe is his name was extremely rude to me during my stop here on March 5, 2018 at around 5:00 PM. I asked him for a can of tobacco and he gave me the wrong one. I let him know it was the wrong one and the guy behind me got mad and said something. I turned around to talk to him not saying anything at all that even concerned him. He came back to the counter with an attitude to me. I did nothing to him to constitute that. I told him he can keep his attitude and he put my tobacco back and refused me service. I spoke to the manager and told her I wasn't the one with the attitude. He started it all. Unless you fire this individual I will never be back to this location again. This complaint will be filed with the corporate office too.

The crappiest Flying J anywhere. Diesel pumps are offset making it impossible to fuel both tanks without moving the truck. The pump kept timing out and would only discharge a small amount. The lot is small and mostly reserved parking. They allow dropped trailers and manufactured homes to drop there. Its also a real pain in the ass to get to from the hwy because of high volume of traffic. I'll fuel in west Memphis from now on.

1/15/18. To me it seems this 'J" is short handed in the best case scenario or badly managed in a less case scenario. The fuel island for trucks looks like it was hit by a bomb, no effort to clear ice, frozen wash buckets, overflowing trash bins, derelict trucks obviously parked there/ abandoned for weeks at minimum. The building is significantly better, I've eaten at the Subway there many times and received good service every time.... 2/1/18 The derelict trucks are gone and the trash bins at the fuel island serviced and ready for use, GoodOnYa "J".

Was in here twice in the last 24 hours. Bathrooms were dirty just as they were the last time I was here. The trash bins in the truck drivers parking lot are overflowing with trash & trash is left all around the trash bins cus the trash bins are full. I bumped it up one star cus the Subway restaurant was clean & the worker there in the Subway was very upbeat & courteous.

The pothole in the parking lot set the camera off in my truck.Good location with few restaurants within walking distance.Wouldnt walk at night though
