I love this place! It’s so much bigger and better than sky zone. The super trampolines here are my favorite. Worth checking out!

This place is awesome. We came in on Saturday and it was packed, but easy to see why. This place blows skyzone away. We stayed for 2 hours and wore ourselves out. We will be back and that ninja course is way harder than it looks!

The only extreme aspect is the wait. This is a souped up and more expensive version of sky zone. Waited in line over 30 minutes to get socks, stamps, wristbands, tickets checked and then still had to fill out a liability form even though I had filled everything out online. The lines for the cool attractions that brought us here were too long to be worth our 40 minutes of jump time cut short by the instructions as well as the ticket line. There are a million other ways I'd like to waste 2 hours and spend $50.

The staff seems really good at watching to make sure that kids are following the rules. My kids love it! It seems like it's better for 7 and up.

Had a combined birthday party yesterday for my 7 year old son. What a terrible experience. Management and staff are present but non-helpful. Terribly disorganized. All parents felt anxiety about their child's safety. Check in process was disorganized and there was nowhere to leave shoes for our party. Guests that arrived late were not escorted to the floor and I found them waiting in "line" for our paid birthday party 30 minutes in. The party room is open to the rest of the facility and very loud. They do not assist with food or beverages other than one staff. For a 2-kid birthday party, we were given only one cart and all the rest of the presents were thrown on the floor. Teenage kids are playing with kids
